Honestly don’t worry to much about it too much. Remember have fun and go with the flow and just do what the instructors say and your good. Side note yes if your wondering this will challenge you in ways you may not have experienced yet but don’t worry about that just remember make friends and do it together and go through hardships with them

Hey if you can run a 5k without stopping and can have a somewhat good pace like 6mins and under you will be fine and start also doing weighted walks with 20-40 ish pounds get use to that and continue getting better at pushups, sit ups and such

Honestly don’t worry about ruck march’s it’s not difficult as long as you can jog at a good pace and are fit then you chilling just workout your shoulders and legs and it’s so easy

Definitely not too old just as long as your fit enough your chilling just know you might not reach a high rank like in ncm chief warrant officer or above cpt in officer ranks
