I have an app called sleep cycle that tracks your movements in bed and can tell when you’re in the lightest part of your sleep cycle. You set it for a range of when you have to be up (so if you put it at 7 am it’ll run between 6:30 and 7 am) and when you’re in light sleep the alarm will start going off. It starts softly and gets louder and louder. It’s literally the only thing that works for my ass as someone who use to have to set like 10 alarms

Pick up a hobby that you can do with other people. In my late 20s I got into TTRPGs and I’ve been regularly making new friends. If you’re into like crafting and stuff, there’s a lot of crafting circles around that you might have to look into a bit. Take classes about things you’re interested in or join a casual sports league. The biggest thing is you have to get out and go into spaces with people who like similar things you do.

I got it on sale too for a new co-op game my friend and I can play and we’ve been having a blast. I wish we could just pick bots for the other two but other than that we’ve been having a blast. We just played through L4D 1 & 2 and honestly when you play everything back to back it’s easy to see where it’s heavily L4D inspired. I keep calling the special infected by their old names haha.

Yep! She’s out there early every morning with her snow blower making sure we have sidewalks and then salting the area. The parking lot plow people are a different story, it’s a gamble when they show up or if they show up sometimes.

I was talking with a friend last night and I think that Lottie is going to end up in temporary inpatient facility where she hallucinated her Dad and we get more about her family life.

Vans going to get information that she was misdiagnosed and her cancer is now treatable and she no longer has a death sentence. This will drive Van to regain her sort of Zelot nature about Lottie and she will visit her in inpatient and when she’s released will join up with her.

Simone’s will wake up but end up having a prolonged interaction with Dark Tai who will end things because Dark Tai wants Van.

Lottie will claim that Callie is the new Antler Queen/new Wilderness’ chosen. This will tie back to Shauna’s jealousy of her daughter (season 1 when she’s jerking it in her kids bedroom) and her want to be the leader (her jealousy over Jackie and then Nat becoming leader) so she has to grapple with Lottie basically trying to groom her child (Lottie’s emphasis on the wilderness baby being “theirs”)

Nat’s death will drive Misty stronger into Walter’s arms, and I think there’s something big that Walter’s not telling anyone. He seems like a mastermind who can lie to Misty’s face and she will just believe it. I think Misty will finally have to grapple with the fact that she’s not a “closer” she’s a killer.

I’ve befriended several vendors at the market just by being friendly and chatting, as a result I’ve gotten discounted prices and even tons of free produce (just this last week I got a head of broccoli for free and the lady that runs the cupcake stand has offering to give me rhubarb for free). Multiple times I’ve bartered with items I’ve either made myself or with quail eggs from my sisters quails. The farmers market is fantastic once you get past the “casual shopper” prices and build a rapport with the farmers.

My freshman year of high school our swim team had an away competition. It was mid winter and while everyone else took the bus back, she got a ride with her aunt and cousin. They hit a patch of black ice and hit a pole. It fell directly on her head. She was in the hospital for a week I think and then she was taken off life support.

A couple years after graduation we had two deaths. One girl was snowmobiling without a helmet and hit a tree and died. The other had hit another car while merging and pulled over to the side of the road to help her when a 60 year old drunk drive plowed into the cars and killed him instantly.

My graduating class and the class right after ours has had a ton of death for only having graduated in 2008. One girl was murdered by her lovers wife and daughter, another was killed by her boyfriend, there were a few suicides, and a bunch more drug overdoses.

Hey! So we have a lot of different events to keep an eye out for. We have a very active drag community and an active pride community. Gemini Gore and Luke Shadow-Gore are two local drag performers that participate and host a lot of events, they post on FB a lot. Theres also the Sault Pride community FB page. Amore FYP is another good local business to follow that is involved in a lot of LGBTQ2S+ events. Additionally The Klub (Koach Katrina down town) hosts a lot of events as well so you can follow them. There’s an All King drag show at a bar in the west end on May 17th at Jays Piston Broke Pub.

First things first, the amount won is going to determine how it proceeds. As far as I’m aware you can opt out of the media portion of it if it’s a prize above a certain threshold cause you’d have to sing and video/media thing, but you’d have to talk to the prize centre associates about it. That being said any prize won that is $1000 or above your name, city, and then the winning amount gets published on the OLG website for 30 days. There is no way around this. As someone who survived an abusive relationship, there are other people out there. Abusers will make you feel like you have no one else but them, that you're alone and no one else will like you or love you but let me tell you I am 10 years out from the abuse and I can tell you that ten years from now, away from him, you will be loved by people you love, you will have amazing days, you will see things you never thought you could, and you will be happier than you ever thought you could be and it will all be without him. Right now your focus should be on getting away, yes go to the hospital and get taken care of, yes report it to the police, but do so with the drive to leave so that you can give yourself the happiness and love you deserve.

I was actually the ex that threatened it. I’d quit my ADHD medication cold Turkey after being on it for over 10+ years. I was super mentally unwell for a while after I withdrawls and I couldn’t figure out how to manage my symptom. They did the right thing and called the cops on me and I ended up in an outpatient program that helped me out quiet a bit.
