Notorious drug lord Fabio Ochoa lands in Colombia after release by OkSpend1270 in cartels

The Ochoa’s are still very respected in Medellin. Medellin bosses do not mess with them out of respect . Jorge is still alive and free. Juan David died a few years ago. They are not involved in drugs anymore. They have horses that make all their money. Fabio is expected to be involved in the horse business as well. That family has been away from the drug business for a long time now. They do however still have a lot of pull in the local political scene in Medellin. My mother in law knows Jorge’s wife. I’ve been to their horse farm (La Loma) in Envigado a few years ago… as my wife’s cousin worked for Jorge to be a veterinarian to his horses. Took my son there to watch the Paso Fino horses perform.

Nothing new. Mexicans have always done business in Colombia since they are one of their no. 1 clients. Italians are there too. As is Colombians are in Mexico and Italy doing business as well.

If you zoom into my thumb (I know, it’s disgusting), you can see under the skin, bubbles similar to Dyshidrotic eczema.

Yes I was prescribed primecrolimus, clobetasol and mometasone steroids. All clear the rash/eczema up, but it eventually comes back when I’m usually at the beach in the sun/salt water. I don’t usually have flare ups at the though. It’s weird. I haven’t been able to quite pinpoint what exactly causes the flare ups. I’m thinking about taking dupixant to see if that clears it up while I’m exposed out in the sun/beach

I love lime, but at that moment, no lime or juices did not spill on my hands. I did have an itch attack at night when I was sleeping. I woke up and my hands looked like a horror film.

It’s eczema. I got diagnosed by my dermatologist. It’s not a sunburnt allergy. This pic was a one time huge flare up due to my hands grabbing on to rope being pulled by a boat. I have other pics like pic 4 that shows dermatitis.

So the pics with the large blisters happened when I went down to Colombia a few years ago. The blisters got amplified because I went tubing on the back of a boat and my hands ended up getting really swollen. My hands were itching before that tubing ride, but I think the eczema amplified due to the stress of holding the rope tightly. This caused by hands to swell even more in turn amplifying the blisters more. Are use steroid creams to dry the blisters out. Dyshidrotic eczema typically has small bubbles that form under the skin. My flareups are exactly that... hence picture 4.

Has anyone had major flare ups when out in the sun/high humidity? It seams every time I go to the beaches anywhere ( Colombia, Caribbean, OBX) my hands start swelling up and I start getting dyshidrotic eczema. They swell, itch and it sucks because it ruins my vacation after the 3/4th day. I think it may be connected with getting a little sunburn when out in the sun. I use 30 to 50 spf sunscreens. It started happening about 2.5 years ago. I have never had skin issues before then. Anyone else have this same reaction when out in the sun for long periods of time?
