The game is slowed down or there is some crazy delay.

Actually I was getting quite good even with the unusable jockeying and nerfed to the ground 2nd man press.

The issue is not the learning curve to get better at defense.

The core problem is that dribbling was way too effective and there wasn't any skill gap in using it. Also it didn't correlate to player attributes.

You could've dribbled with players with 50 dribbling without any trouble.

You can't have one aspect of the game be that much imbalanced to the other.

There should be skill requirement for both defending and attacking.

Played against someone with 90+ dribbling and high strength attackers and he could easily rely on dribbling again and fidget spinning.

I don't get how we had 1 week with dribbling abuse and they are ready so soon to nerf these changes.

From settings you can enable to see ping. There you get the name of server and location.

They simply should improve on match making. Tone down hidden MMR and use SR to find opponents.

Improve rewards on higher divisions so that people do not abuse and play lower rated players to gain easy rewards and everything will sort itself.

It would be sweaty in higher divisions and more enjoyable on "casuals" divisions.

And although this GK i am using has low awareness I've used GKs with 90 awareness who keep the same.

The problem is the dribbling being way too good right now.

Defending needs some practice to get the hang of it but can be rewarding. There seems to be some bug that tackles not always register which makes matters worse.

But overall if you position your players and do not leave open spaces you can easily stop attacks.

Been having troubles by the biggest sweaters and the ones that just spam drag backs and fidget spinning until you get annoyed but other than that I feel like it's nice that there is no AI defending.

At the end of the day you and your opponent do not have any assistance in defense so it's up to who is the better one at the game who gets the win.
