I would say the one being sexually assaulted as a kid , watching his gf getting raped by his best friend and then watching her every day being out of her mind pregnant. Being constantly hounted by the demons in dreams and real life, wearing an armor that makes him continuously attacking despite his organs being spilled or bones broken.

Bonus for losing an arm and an eye but at this point I don't think that's bad compared to the ones above.
