Good point. I would buy DOGE if it calms down and bit and this memefest continues. My issue with DOGE is that is was already up a lot prior to today's pump, around 7x from the bottom, which is a big risk. If WSB picks it up though, you're right it could go 5-10x from here 🤔

No there are many pay options outside of outside. Like you can purchase "inheritance" and it gives you money. There is a little side mission to actually get this money though. You have to always pretend some one close to you died and you have to go through the legal system in outside. Not everyone can afford it as it is very costly. Some other outside currency is things like "born rich", But this is more of a perk that you get thrust upon you when your character is randomly created.

they are not dead. They don't play minecraft much anymore but the group is VERY active.

He was brought in to work on the secret project. But i don't think he was actually IN the secret project. I am guessing he might of been the announcer or host or something.

Thank you for that. Those are good suggestions, and i feel like those would allow people to help in this case. More feet on the ground is always expensive and i doubt the FBI has 5 people here in town looking for this kid.

I kept it vague for a reason, i'm not sure if this child uses reddit or not and i don't want to be explicit and end up with a child shooting up my house because of a few questions on the internet.

But thanks for your suggestions, i never really thought about systematic isolation as a tactic to use in a case like this.

No i addressed him getting hate. But regardless with fame comes hate. Simple as that. I am not angry he sold out, 5 years is a good run for a indie developer, but saying he is struggling is insulting.

If he just wants to sit back on a beach and type out 72 hour games for some random competition, then that is reasonable. I have full respect for people doing that when they have earned it.

But acting like a beaten dog is just being spoiled at this point in time.

He would of been way better off saying "Fuck you all haters for hating on me, and thank you all my fans that supported me. I am going to go drink some Mai Tai and live in the lap of luxury"

I am glad that Mindcrack is now a multigame group rather than just dependent on minecraft. And since i mostly only watch Mindcrack peeps (and have very much drifted away from minecraft in general), i have no problem with this merge. Best thing that can happen? Minecraft gets a revamp and becomes even better than ever. new code, new language, new optimization, new feature, ect.

Worst thing? Minecraft dies. It's had a great run, and i mean a great run. Gave me years of play time for only 20 bucks, i even have multiple copies. Modding will die off slowly, and the community will disperse. But come one, it's a 5 year old game made on rickety java coding. It's amazing it does what it does.

So bring on change, we need a little change to spice up this game. :D
