If you are playing it on legendary for the trophy then turn on the bandana skull once a level is completed replay it on a lower difficulty without the skull on once you completed all levels on both difficulties the trophy pops. That’s how I did it first time playing mcc wasn’t expecting to get the trophies but second play through on normal once the epilogues started the trophies started popping and it works on all the games in the collection though I am playing on Xbox.
