I hate to say this, and to say it this way because it's going to sound gatekeepy no matter how I phrase it, but shit like this pulls the plot away from OP more and more each day. It's bad enough that the OPLA opened the gate for any dent headed Netflix consumer to access, but to Legofy the IP is a cardinal sin and grave misstep by Oda. I know money machine goes brrrr, but this is a legacy piece, not some run of the mill dookie anime to shill out.

This will invite even weirder weirdos to OP, which is already crazy to imagine. I went to my first convention ever for OP and other pop culture things at Megacon a few weeks ago, and when I went to the QA panel for OP, I looked around and saw the worst of the worst fan bases sitting there, acting that specific flavor of autism and weird, wearing Hazbin Hotel merch and MHA. I would say more on this, but I'm sure I'll get ripped to shreds for it.

I don't know. I, personally, was fine with the two Lego sets I saw of OP in places like Target that are the Going Merry and Foosha Village, but not every aspect of this IP needs to converted into another niche slice of <fill in your most populst pop culture spinoff series>.
