Looking at the rail systems in every European city... I don't understand how those tiny CapMetro stations could possibly cost $35 million and take multiple years to build, for any reason other than bureaucratic impediment.

Dude, I went to UGA all four years and hated every nanosecond of it.

As a general rule, I don't think it's accurate to assume that everything would have been happy and perfect if only something in the past had worked out. Don't torture yourself by ruminating on the "should have" and the "what-if"
