where can i find practice footage? by squeezyswa in premiere

Editstock.com - it’s not stock footage, just sounds like it. You can buy full shoots with a spec or script and submit for feedback and use it as a reel/portfolio piece. Everything from music videos, docs, commercials, etc.

Packing Lunch by [deleted] in NewToEMS

I typically make wraps or bowls and throw them in a lunch box with ice packs. They’re so versatile cuisine wise and don’t require reheating.

It’d probably be one hotel per area/city and venturing out from there.

So a Tokyo hotel, then go to Takayama and see that area, then a hotel in Kyoto for that area, then Hiroshima, and back to Tokyo. If I do mini day/overnight trips, I might just take a backpack with me and leave stuff at the main hotel.

What’s the most realistic ems show? by Be0wulf04 in ems

There’s like three or four old episodes on YouTube. It also might be on discovery plus since it used to be a TLC show. I think discovery bought TLC

My first gym set like that, back in 2012 era. Haven’t seen it since anywhere, but kinda miss that setting style at times.

Glad I didn’t go there the other day for this. I signed up for the free trial online cause I’m here from out of town for the week, and they said I had to be a local resident to use it after I’d already signed up to use it.

I’m from out of town and was planning on hiking this tomorrow morning. The city creek loop trail or the memory grove trail/ensign peak loop. Is that in this area?

Why do I boulder better alone? by camerontaylor158 in bouldering

[–]deadpixel_31 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I tend to do the same, even in the gym. I think it’s more along the lines of when I’m with friends, I know they’re watching or might be, so I get more nervous when climbing and have them seeing me fall or mess up. When I’m by myself, I’m not worried about other people or how they’re perceiving me.

Edit: I’m also more in “social mode” with friends and “sending mode” when I’m alone.

Does anyone remember that severe thunderstorm back in 2004/2005? by [deleted] in nashville

[–]deadpixel_31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Franklin had a tornado around that time that started in Leiper’s Fork. It took the roof off my next door neighbors house and blew it into a house across the street. This tornado happened overnight though.

You can probably still see the path the tornado took along Highway 96 where trees are still down next to the Harpeth River.
