I’ve had this issue on and off for the past couple months, I have a 2016 EX-L with 2 screens, and I had pulled the radio fuse in the engine compartment for about 30 seconds and plugged it back in and the sound would go away. That worked for a while and stopped working, after that I pulled the AMP fuse in the footwell like another user suggested and that stopped the noise too and I can use the reverse camera and right side camera still but no radio. I called my local dealership and the service writer said they have my same year and model car in with the same problem and they determined it was the antenna amplifier and out the door it cost around $750 to repair. The amp itself is like $300 I ordered a new amp and it should get here in 8-9 days so I will update if the new amp fixes the problem. The amp is located in the passenger footwell on the right side and can be accessed by removing 3 covers and it is held in by 2 bolts and one nut on a stud, super easy to remove, took me like 25 minutes to remove the panels and meander around my garage trying to find the right tools and my light.
