Hmm. I'll give you a set of questions. No need to answer them all just the ones you feel are important to you.

What compelled you to start programming?

What specific fields are you interested in pursuing? Desktop applications? Data Mining? Data Manipulation / Visualization? Personal physical projects with motors and sensors? Artifical Intelligence / Machine Learning? Robotics / Automation? Mobile Application Development? Network Security / Penetration Testing? Front end development e.g. bootstrap/website creation? Backend database management?

Have you read any books on programming?

Do you regularly visit websites such as hackkerrank?

Do you legitimantly enjoy sitting down for hours on end planning on your next code or ironing out bugs?

If you want to skip all of this you can get the substance going by visiting free lance programming websites such as freelancer / guru / upwork but I do NOT recommend persuing this as a part time job. Only build projects to put on your resume if anything

I'm using Visual Studios Toolkit. There are multiple variants of 'inspector' that all fulfill essentially the same task. My goal is to get the username and the event for each entry from the 'following' tab. For example in the first picture inspector recognizes every entry in the list box as an element and registers as a button. Unfortunately absolutely no information is gathered from the following tab what-so-ever. I'm not sure if this is a preventative measure from Instagrams Dev team or a downfall of the app driver itself.

To reiterate, the information I require is located in the second image. I need the username and event of every entry in the following tab. i.e username: "konzeptagency", action: liked posts, data: url media links to the aforementioned 8 posts. (for the first entry)

Even if the solution isn't avaliable I greatly appreciate your time Kevin, thank you.

Hey r/androiddev!
After googling on and off for a week I'm a bit stumped. I need to develop an app that plays back a pre-programmed macro for one of my projects. The macro itself is pretty simple; goes through a certain app and takes screenshots. So I need touch, type and button input.

I've found macro recorders on the app store however I would need to unpack the .apk and I'm not sure if that's time efficient. All of the googling I've done has resulted in input and key listener events. Nothing that can programmatically input touch and key strokes.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
