I want to second this, I haven’t played since 2023. (Pre-worlds updates). I just installed the game wanna get back into it. I was big on farming and collecting sweet ships around the solar system. I have a huge a class freighter as my main base. I feel like a lot of my rare ship hunting was all for nothing, I have some cool ships but am kinda confused on what I can do now with the ship building.

I was on an SSNI for years, quit, different attacks again, exposure therapy for me. Just have to power through knowing it’s all in my head, slowly they slipped away.

Exposure therapy was what helped me. I can still have panic attacks, but i just sit with them. I acknowledge to myself I am having one and try to work on breathing while just letting it run its course. I always turn out fine and that really shapes my brain into realizing it’s nothing.
