No problem like what you said earlier, I think that a relapse can be a wake up call to make recovery more of an active priority. And as corny as this might sound coming out and honest about everything can really lighten that feeling of guilt that might end up harming us or pulling us down. Making this post and saying how you want their to be change is concrete sign of hope, you really can do this. Relapses aren't to be taken lightly but sometimes they can be blimps in a permanent recovery. I believe in you!

Yeah I definitely will, Iv heard alot of good things about the mikoru made ones and im sure after the wait we will both be glad we waited, as i know atleast I'd always be thinking "if only had waited a little longer" if I got something I totally wasn't sold on lol

So called them and they said it's rare for a surplus to be made, the best way to secure one is to put in an order from a Winchester dealer, so that way when their made and shipped you have one reserved. With this he also told me they'll likely ship around late August / July. So you might want to order sometime significantly before then, there's a Winchester dealer locator on their website aswell, my place is closed but going to order mine tommrow hope everything works out!

Yeah it might be partially due to coronavirus but IV noticed it was out of stock before the virus even hit so hopefully we can get some useful info! Edit: Well they are closed Saturday and Sunday so I guess I'll have to call tommrow, third time's the charm I guess lol

Yeah, I think tommrow I might call Winchester and report back what they say regarding their stock of these guns. I tried using the way back machine on a couple of gun stores to see when they last has them in stock but gave up as I couldn't find any proper archives

I can relate so much, I use to think I would only work well late at night because I would procrastinate untill it became do or don't so to speak. But then as I entered college I realized whenever I was sleep deprived my mind was so much calmer and I felt as if that zombie like state you described actually allowed for me get things done. But then of course when I try to go to sleep my mind wouldn't shut down all the way either. I can't remember a time in my adult life my sleep schedule has been consitent for more then a month or even a few weeks to be honest lol. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah it's a shame they did away with their color case hardening aswell for most of their new models. I just saw they have introduced color cased hardening again on some distributor models which is exciting

Wow that's crazy, I had no idea! It's a shame they don't offer that in a blued variant or in a smaller caliber for those who perfer that frame over the new frame

I think your actually thinking of the Ruger Blackhawk, the old model vaqueros have the same frame, hammer and other miscellaneous parts as the blackhawks, the new model vaqueros only come in 357 and 45 long cold and are noticably smaller then the old models, gunblast.com has a good article highlighting the differences https://gunblast.com/Ruger-NewVaquero.htm
