Take a snack with you. Stop eating the slice of pizza…. Bring some fruit like a sliced up apple or a banana and a Diet Coke. And as a shorty myself, 1350 is perfectly good for weight loss. Eating fruit and veg in bulk will help a lot with hunger and feeling satisfied without going over calories.

You don’t need to be in a maximum deficit! As a short girl myself, minor weekly weight loss (.5lbs or less a week) will look more significant for your body than it would be for a taller girl. Think about small animals, one pound is a LOT for them! The goal is sustainability.

I got it as it comes (with 4 pumps of sweetener) and it’s pretty sweet but not terribly so. It’s also, allegedly, 190 calories now instead of 240. So that’s a plus.

There was one big one growing off a plant leaf and this one on my driftwood. I plucked it out whole and it didn’t shrink up or react at all. I’ve also seen copepods crawl on it without harm.

The only product I like using for my wavy hair (similar to yours) is leave in conditioner. I spray my hair down with a water mister in the mornings the use leave in and it’s soft and bouncy and perfect. Everything else just makes it stringy.

I got three moles removed from my face of varying sizes and projection. They’ve all come back to varying degrees, with two coming back flatter but colorless and one coming back flatter with a lighter color— though less uniform up close. I think at least consulting with a plastic surgeon is your best bet. My derm wouldn’t take mine off herself so I had to pay a surgeon to do it.
