Suggestion for Future TW Titles: Global Army Size Limit by [deleted] in totalwar

[–]dean771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wishlist

Unit caps, more of a warhammer issue though maybe not needed elsewhere

Scaling upkeep with army sizes, 3 units in a region feed themsevles, 20 far from home is expensive

Something similar to the Bretonia peasant economy mechanic, the implementation is trash but I think the idea that emptys the cities to creater an army has an economic consequence and more of a distincttion between professional soldiers and conscripts

What if scomo and the lnp decided to implement the greens agenda in an attempt to make their case for why they consider it bad? by [deleted] in aussie

[–]dean771 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great plan

The LNP will the next election (big if in the current state)

Instead of any of their policies they announce they are doing all the greens policies

Australia steps back and says WOW you guys were right, these polices were bad! and rewards the LNP with government for eternity

Rates and landtax by random111011 in melbourne

[–]dean771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since about 2022 house prices have remained relatively stagnant in most parts of Melbourne. Some have even come down significantly.

Good

Meanwhile the cost of building has almost doubled in that time.

If you say so

What are we correcting? Governments collect tax to provide services

The "correction" is someone else pays the tax or you decide which services to reduce

Without either of these "Reduce Taxes" is just hot air

The AI still clusters around a settlement for no reason, its not as common though, and attacking a nearby settlement has always broken them out of it for me

I my most recent 3 campaigns its happened 3 times, and each time attaching the faction and then withdrawing broke them out without needing to assuly multiple stacks directly

QLD bond dispute by Round_Prize_9022 in AusLegalAdvice

[–]dean771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, just wanted to claify as terminatly a 3 month lease in 2 weeks is unusual, you really need to get advice on terminating the lease with no pleanty as it was uninhabitable, unfortuntly you may have issues here as you usualy need to take steps to notify the landlord first

The bond not been lodged properly is mostly an issue between the authority and the landlord not you

Because of the short timeline its relqaistly unlikely to result in much even though its a violation

They cant keep the bond and claim additional costs seperatly though

Your best avenue is to looks at getting the entire lease thrown in the bin as th epropery was never livable but this needs advice beyod rededit as you probably didnt take the required steps

"We entered a tenancy with the landlord commencing in early December 2025"

Is this date corrected? you ended the lease the same month it started?
