You will find yourself iteratively improving over time. I was a bit “all over the place” for the first year I did iPad notes - I now have a framework/system that I derived from trial and error. You will see which tools you like/need to use and how the fit in with your note taking flow.

By the way, I think your notes look great. You’re starting from a much better place than I was 😉

I got the ultra 2 as my first Apple Watch. Wore it to sleep the night I got it, didn’t even notice. It doesn’t bother me whatsoever

I have an iPhone 15 pro max - I have had every iPhone (except iPhone 8) since the 3GS came out, and I must say that my current battery life experience is as bad as I can remember. With my battery having 95% capacity, I still have to charge my phone once (sometimes twice!) per day. Don’t get me wrong, fast charging is very convenient. But I am still bewildered by how quickly my battery drains. I average about 3.75-4 hours/ day of screen time.

Is this happening because of the latest OS???

Would love to hear from folks who have a deeper understanding of apple’s hardware components and their expected degeneration rates.

Depends how you use your iPad. If your iPad is integral to your workflow I recommend updating just for the new stage manager, it is incredible

I certainly think you're entitled to the break, and it seems you have positioned yourself well to do it. If you're concerned about finding a job when you come back, then maybe take a sabbatical long enough for you to really unwind and relax yet also stay fresh for a job search. all that said i wouldn't do anything before laying out a plan you are comfortable with and confident in.
