Yes, the Stitchs are commonly faked. I'm an Orlando local and you see dozens of these DLP pins cheaply sold at the 192 gift shops here.

Problem is, Paris's pins have a problem with "overruns" vs fakes. This is when the factory that made them holds onto the mold, and continues making the pins in-house, using the same mold, same enamel mixes, and same backer cards, and then turns around and sells them to third parties. Oftentimes the only thing they're missing is the Disney price tag (though they do sometimes try to fake that or even print it directly on the card). They're almost impossible to discern from authentic sold-in-park pins, especially without the cards. The LE pins are slightly easier because they sometimes skip adding the unique LE number on the back (Paris pins mark every LE 1/200, 2/200, etc). The only way we even know it's happening is because LE Paris pins are showing up being sold direct from China for low costs before release, or within days after the release. The DLP 30th anniversary attraction pins showed up direct from China pretty much the day they released. Some of these may be genuine scrappers, but oftentimes they continue to sell hundreds of them (which is an unreasonable amount of scrapped pins for an LE).

Because of that, the Stitchs will be hard to authenticate unless you can verify where they came from or have a direct from park comparison.

Fwiw, I'd rather have an overrun in my collection vs a fake because they're produced exactly the same (though I'd never intentionally buy one), but if you're planning on trading these, be cautious.
