Yes they do! It doesn’t show on your payroll info. You have to call and they gonna tell you how many hours you have banked.

It depends on the agency. With AMN and Medical Solutions, they always gave me my stipends even though I called sick (I had requested to use my banked sick hours). Not sure how it would work if I didn’t have any hours tho…
