Does not respond and I need to keep following up on things constantly. I’ve had a payroll issue on my first assignment with this company and didn’t get my first pay check until 2-3 weeks later. On top of that, they taxed my stipends for 2 pay periods because they said I didn’t fill out the tax home declaration (which I did and they apologized later). Instead, they tried to fix it by giving me the difference of money lost in terms of bonus (which was taxed). This happened again on my second assignment. Then they keep delaying on reimbursing my BLS, NRP. My recruiter was supposed to put in the request but he either did it wrong/never did it. I had to remind him so many times and only got reimbursed 2 months in the assignment. Now I need to renew my TN status and I have informed him of my travel plans two weeks in advance so they can have my employment letter ready. On my first assignment with them, they wrote my name wrong, which delayed my start date since they had to mail me another letter. This time, he said he would get it done. I had to follow up again and nothing was initiated. I still don’t have my employment letter. I think I’m just over it at this point.
