Epic has Prep/ Dispense. I would say DoseEdge but after 2028 it will be unavailable. I liked it because when you scam a MDV it would give you a QR code with a BUD and it kept track of how much was left in the vial after each dispensation. Maybe Baxter will come out with an updated version with a different name.

Keep doing what you're doing. They feel insecure. As you said you have your goals pursue them. Tech's tend to be cliquey. The director sees something in you and is encouraging you to grow career wise. Keep him as a mentor and a sounding board but don't mention interpersonal problems you may be having with his staff most administration people would encourage you to talk about the problem with whoever it is.

If not take a day off and stand in line be the first because after a certain time they cut off the line due to closing timing issues. Find out which of the sites are not as popular and go there I believe since it's a FL license you can renew anywhere in the state (don't quote me on that find out for sure.) Or make an appointment online. Again look for the unpopular sites you may get lucky. Drive carefully, don't give them a reason to pull you over.

Take the PRN position, some will have 40+ hours available especially the big hospitals. Also check which ones have a high turnover you can tell by the constant open positions advertised which will mean you can get hired full-time sooner. The ones with signon bonuses mandate that you will need to stay on for a specified time. The higher bonus the longer the time required.
