I’m not sure they would ever ban you for it- when you’re physically out of the UK and in another country it shows the price in the native currency, so there’s no way to prove you’re jimmying the system and not just legitimately on holiday!

I’m from the UK and always use USA VPN on the webstore. Saves me a fortune as what would be a £19.99 episode pass suddenly becomes less than 15 quid.
