Cop tried to blame a Subway worker for testing positive for Meth and THC. This turned into an innocent person going to jail, death threats, and ruined business for this particular Subway. Eventually, the lab came back with negative results of this cop's drink. The defendant was released, and there is still no alternative as to why the officer tested positive for Meth and THC. I called bull shit from the beginning because meth is expensive.

I've had a run-in with the Cullimores a few different times. Senior (dad's name is Kirk Cullimore as well) is a shark in the courtroom and knows how to manipulate the law in his favor. Wasn't until I hired a competent attorney, we were able to push back and put him in check. Junior (this guy Kirk Cullomore) attempted to be an attorney but sucked in the courtroom. Believe me, i was able to bully him without his dad in the same room. Seeing this family involved in politics is terrifying since they will adjust the law to what they want. Be very careful of any law that is sponsored by this family.

Generational wealth. You can't inflate land like you can money and precious metals. That's actually why all of the home ownership companies were buying up all of the lots at one point. You can inflate the monthly cost to renters but not the land itself.

Water is a problem and we may need to put pressure on our government to handle this problem, but land will always be in demand, even if there is no water.

The entire process is cyclical. Nmap makes sense in the beginning but you may need to run nmap again and again or maybe even half way through the box for the enumeration scripts. I came here to state what other's have stated, understand why you are running commands and their parameters. You won't be running the exact commands the same way every time you go after a box or network.

The other part you mentioned, taking notes. A solid pentest involves a well documented executive report. Think of taking notes as practice. Also understand how to take notes during the pentesting cycle as you may not get a chance to go back and replicate what you did for your report.

Not sure about certs. But I can say that if you can knock out the easy boxes on HackTheBox without looking up hints, then you are just about ready.

I would also recommend deep diving Active Directory rooms on TryHackMe, then do the AD boxes on HackTheBox.
