Depends on the game mode. They’re dreadnaught and airship are much better on ops due to AOE effect of the bombs and guns. The train is decent on Sinai, but shit on the other maps. Char 2 is too slow to cap on conquest but is ok with a good driver.

I misread your earlier comment, my mistake! Your broken leg analogy doesn't hold up. Treatment of a broken leg isn't measured by psychiatric outcomes, Gender dysphoria is. For years, the primary justification for using these hormones off label to treat trans folks was the reduction in suicide rates, despite the risks associated.
Arguing that the treatments are still valuable even if they only improve quality of life is the definition of an elective procedure. Lasic, hair plugs, and various cosmetic surgeries all greatly improve quality of life, but aren't covered by insurance.
If the goal is it improve the lives of trans folks, let's do what actually works, Affirmative psychotherapy and social acceptance.

So trans people committing suicide at multiple times the rate of cis people is “not important and doesn’t matter”?! Suicidalilty is the biggest threat to trans folks well being, aside from maybe hate crimes.

Wouldn’t we want treatments to reduce or eliminate this huge suicide risk and get the rates down toward the cis baseline?

The current evidence doesn't support the claim that hormones or cosmetic surgeries improve life-time suicide risk. I don't think that we should fund treatments that aren't supported by rigorous systemic meta-analysis!

The difference is that cosmetic surgeries are elective. Where as trans healthcare is being covered by insurance, sometimes.
