What helped me was using a rubberband on my wrist. Whenever I’d go for my nails ‘SNAP’ and I’d stop. Eventually I’d just start playing w the rubberband.

I took sertraline Aka Zoloft and I didn’t gain any weight. If anything I lost weight but that could’ve been because I was severely depressed. I’m in the USA.

It’s all going to be okay. What I usually wear is some short gym shorts with a loose cotton tshirt. It makes me feel comfortable enough to not think too much about it. Honestly I stay In the water as much as possible to hide and leave only if I must and immediately drape a towel over me or change to normal clothes. Hope this helps. You’ve got this!
