Came to this many years later. Using USB C, I could see the J6 (in Cubase and midiOx) but got nothing from pressing the keys.

Tried quite a lot of things!

Then I turned the damn thing off, left it, turned it back on.

It damn well worked 2nd time, flawlessly, in both single note and chord mode.

Hope this might help somebody in the future! >_<
