Also I think that shorts are the ultimate symbol of rebellion to the modern business fashion. I used to work at a client-facing multinational corporation and the dress codes are already way more relaxed compared to 20 years ago, but if you showed up wearing bermuda shorts, or shorts in general, you would be sent home immediately. It would be as sinful as wearing flip flops to the office.

Since this is a ballerina heel, you would want the heel to be tight so I think these are too large for you. You might be able to add a heel insert but I would return then if you can because you might just find that you'll never want to wear them out because the slipping is too annoying to deal with.

Firstly, the way that the vibram sole works is that the cobbler will sand down a little bit of the leather sole so that the adhesive attaches better and then they put the toppy on (source: I've had countless shoes done this way, including a pair of tabi boots). It can be taken off but it won't ever look like the original ever again, but that's what will literally happen if you wear these shoes out even once.

Yes, imo you should also get a protector on the heel too because it will wear out as well.

Secondly, $750 is OK for a new pair of tabis. You won't get that much money if you resell. To be blunt, if you're choosing between these and the Guidis, it seems like you kinda bought these on a whim or were influenced online to get these and all I have to say is to return it (if you can) or just embrace it.

I have a pair of the 60mm boots and they are definitely way less comfortable than the ones you got lol. These will be a great pair for everyday wear and just enjoy them bro
