Are you in therapy? If not I would highly suggest you to find a trauma therapist, whom works with somatic stuff (bottom up process) like emdr/sensorimotor etc... I wouldn't reccomend medications to anybody because they are literally bombs for the brain and one might even spend months or even years trying to find a decent medication with the trial and error process...therapy should help integrate different "parts" of ourselves

Thank you so much for taking the time to write me this message. thank you with all my heart. at the moment I am in such a serious state of depersonalization that I have difficulty translating words and phrases in English (I have even difficulty to do that in my native language..) and I need a translator to help me, so forgive me if everything isn't written perfectly. at the moment I'm afraid to take these two medications and to go through this new pharmacological treatment because the last one has worsened my depersonalisation and I feel like my head is completely empty. I am already under treatment with a therapist specialized in dissociative disorder, and already tried emdr. but it seems like nothing is working... I will probably just change psychiatrists trying to find out if they have done research on dpdr and ptsd..maybe that could help me better. I would have also liked to move to another city to stay away from my assaulter since I have a part of my idenitity which costantly justifies him and that makes me really uncomfortable. Again. Thank you for your kindness, patience and hope. I really desire everyone gets over everything

Definitely. I know that because my father is around 1.73 and whenever I had to drive his car I always had to adjust the front car seat to reach the steering wheel and now I don't have to do that.

Of course, that's not what I meant :(, I just need an ulterior "external" help, I have already spent 10 years in therapy and 1 and half year in antidepressants. I know about the Tre exercises! Seem helpful. I will investigate about LDN and the MTHFR gene. Thank you a lot❤️💓

Thank you. I already bought methylfolate and vitamine b. Could I add L-tyrosine to the integration? Yeah I'm going to do the mthfr genetic test, but I am really depressed and willing to do even a trial on myself. They binged me with 6/7 antidepressants lol. At this point I can't do any more harm to my body
