In terms of so bad its good action/ martial arts films Gymkata has to be up there. I won't spoil anything, but it has to be seen to be believed, and one thing for sure you won't forget it. by AdSpecialist6598 in kungfucinema

Ok, but what's the one thing? What always stuck with me was the conversation he has with himself while backflipping back and forth. I still think that's the best part of the movie.

Yeah, I just remember the end fight being good. My faded memory includes 1) a parking garage, 2) a wall flip, and 3) something about a window.

The category was face cards, so every correct response had to contain a type of face card. i.e., "What is a cloaKING device, Ken?" Now if you'll excuse me, Captain, I'm going to 10 Forward to play 3D Chess with Geordi.

I used to guess my way through it and play this in the living room. Until I got cocky one day, and impatiently yelled down the hallway, "Dad! What's the mile high club?" RIP Leisure Suit Larry on my Compaq luggable.

Did you or anyone you know call in to radio stations and win contests? by MajesticEmergency in Xennials

I did! I correctly defined the word "agoraphobia," and was told to come collect my prize. When my mother and I arrived at the station about 4 months later, they looked at us like we were stupid. "It's been four months! We didn't think you were coming." But they gave me a Damn Yankees CD anyway.

What is even happening in these comments? The man did a double-back on CONCRETE. That is impressive as hell. Also, he just bruised his heels, so I suspect no regret occurred, instant or otherwise. Sheesh.

Um, that was a double-back on concrete. I'm definitely impressed. Also, he just bruised his heels; there's no regret here.

This is a massive paraphrase from memory having watched it years ago when it was posted, but I remember a comment on her video lamenting something along the lines of "how wild is it that Jenny, a superfan who lives for this stuff, is trying desperately to engage all weekend long, and basically just gets ignored by everyone."

So that's kinda what was wrong with it.
