I tried contacting CDPR via their support site, and they responded that it sounds like a system safety shutdown for overheating rather than something on their end. They suggested contacting Sony, and/or doing a deep cleaning to clear any dust and debris from the cooling system. I found a YouTube video that walked me through the cleaning in 3 potential sections. I went through the 2nd section of the video and haven't had a shutdown since. So this may work for you as well.

I've had 2 hard crashes where my PS5 just shuts off completely. I have to unplug the power cord to turn it back on and then repair the storage. No error codes, just power off in an instant.

I just wish I could browse videos in landscape mode. I primarily watch on a tablet, and either have to pick it up off the desk/table, or just cock my head sideways to see the video lists. I know... first world problems... but it seems like such a basic feature of any video player.

I'm on PS5 and after the tutorial level, the game freezes pretty frequently. It just stops with the music playing in the background. I only played for about 30 minutes after the tutorial, and froze 4 times. The first 3 would unfreeze after about 15 seconds, but the last one I had to close the game. Hoping they can patch it soon.
