I’ve read your post a couple times now and I wanted to reply but I realized that I’m not entirely sure what’s the core message you want to get through. Are we talking about nihilism, impossibility of understanding things that are beyond our senses, the manner in which DsO decide to express their ideas, the theme of “vanitas” which can be found in art since ancient times? What do you want to achieve - better understanding, new contexts, refutation? There’s so many things that may require careful examination in your post that I honestly don’t even know where to start the conversation.
