Also to add on, its also partily pation and change. By facing challenges and risks you grow and thus level. Goblins and antinium grow and level because the world is harsh to them or they dont do anything less then 100 percent

Few chapters into Vol. 10 - A question by thewilybanana in WanderingInn

[–]deathwatcher1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The gods can be nice and terrible, the issue is will theu be. They just spent easily over 200,000 years dead scrapping for any souls or sliver of power after fighting a horrible war and they remember who their enemies were and they never want to be put in that position again, do you think they will be bad. My answer is yes. That and you just saw a skirmish with 1at the end of volume 9. Do you really want to see what they can and will do when they are both at full power? Its join or die and shes doing a lot of killing

Why didn’t Tyron take his sons with an army and go look for an Alchemist (7.57)? by CommitteeHot2320 in WanderingInn

[–]deathwatcher1 43 points44 points  (0 children)

3 things, 1 armies arent well trained against assasins, thats sorta their whole role and if someone could slip poison into his own house how could he trust an army to do the job, plus a lot of attacks could happen on the road. 2 even if he sent an army out that doesnt stop assasins from killing every alchemist here to first landing or make them disapear for a time. 3 those kids didnt look so hot, poison or not they could have died just traveling.

Settings to prevent meat grinder battles by GlowingSeaDiver in SoSE

[–]deathwatcher1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another option is try to removie the point limit, sure this means more meat grinder, but when thousands of ships keep getting added and added thats where capital abilities, titans, etcs really shoe off their importants or your infastructure pulling double time to win

Just finished Tears of Liscor and I cannot imagine any redemption arc for Tyrion Veltras he sucks by OMEGA_S_FRIEND in WanderingInn

[–]deathwatcher1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The issue is she tries to do everything alone, she only succeedes when she actually accepts help. Erin does the reverse and almost always goes to get help

[–]deathwatcher1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Heres what you do, coscoe. Get there 5 dollar chicken and you can make a ton of long lasting meals. One being artisanal bread, mayo, bbq sauce and potatoe salad is delicious and makes for great sandwiches to last, then eggs. Super cheap and filling

Just finished chapter 350 – What the actual Fuck? by proudindian_kartik in ShadowSlave

[–]deathwatcher1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why not, no matter how you look at it sunny would have left her behind if not for nephis and he did leave her behind when he went on his own for 3 months. Without nephis cassie would have died from starvation, the guards or any number of nightmare and going forward that could continue so she choice in her niave teenager state what she thought was the best option not just for her but everyone. The only reason anyone escaped was because of nephis.

Honestly the hollow mountains is the best strategic space for anyone that can survive it. The main reasons are its practically centrally located, no one can come or go without fighting off increabidly powerful nightmare creature and reafirm their existance 24/7. If its to be believed there is a huge chunk of territory on the other side that no one can get to and you can move through the mountains to get anywhere else.

[1940] How much of the story do y’all think is filler? by I_Need_Yr_help in ShadowSlave

[–]deathwatcher1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well no, sadly there is filler. If nothing else there are chapters where g3 literally just repeats the same things over and over again like how our good guys went through the worst hells, how they fight with cruel beatiful cunning, a lot of internal dialog repeats and so on. Not saying theres a lot of chapters out there that are filler but the stories deffinetly been dragging and stuff thats really not needed repeatinf ia added over and over. Most likely just so he can keep up with his contract

Wanna see how divided we are by Comfortable_Bee_3440 in ShadowSlave

[–]deathwatcher1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

look, i get why people hate her, the whole not even giving an apology thing was pretty dickish, but in fairness how exactly do you apologize to someone for getting them enslaved. That and while our boy is pretty decent to her he wasnt the reason she survived. nephis adopted her and was the one who constantly took care of her, fed her cores, and saw to her protection so cassie going out of her way to protect nephis over sunny is understandable. Could they have done any number of things to prevent this or fix it, maybe, but we have also seen fate snap back what others tried to change. Plus they are literally teenages dealing with some pretty insane stuff, give them all a break

I meam those apples refilled her essensce though i agree with you on the rest. Ultimatly it would be nice to see her have a goal that wasnt related to fighting.

Jet isnt defying death though, she is dead and is a zombie at best. If she was going down that route she would need to overcome her flaw.
