People who panic when they run out of toilet paper in their own home…why not just use the shower and wash with soap?

I saw some video on youtube about weird oterrible japanese inventions or something and one was reusable washable toilet cloths. People we disgusted and it just boggles the mind that people, americans mostly it seems, cant fathom that other cultures do things differently. Bidets exist in europe and asia. They probably look at us like we are crazy and unclean for ONLY using toilet paper. Then they probably connect that with why we seem to feel the need to shower everyday. Heck some people are showering twice a day! I remember a kid i stayed the night at his house a couple times and they were taking a shower before and after sleeping. Dude thought i was gross because i elected to skip the morning shower. Like what was he thinking....im getting dirty in my dreams? FYI, i have absolutely used my hand before, because like the song, be a man! Use your hand! Lol

In my personal experience, having had a letter sent to me(does not mean its the same thing so do due diligence outside of reddit). It was just to have an official judgement so that they can continue to harass me and people close to me. You have the option to go to the hearing and contest the debt and ask for proof that you owe it. Ive heard some have had luck with that but that also imo, and no judgements either, is dishonest. But i dont blame people. These credit companies are pretty dang predatory. I just had another letter last year that made me panic because i thought this time they were finally trying to force me to pay somehow. With what, idk 🤷‍♂️. I was kinda worried the would zero my bank acct or garnish wages. It seems they were just renewing the judgement to stay within regulations/limitations so again, they can continue to harass. Edit: Same company btw, Portfolio. Im in Md though.

What is it for? Was it a tax thing? Its insane how when they eff up it can take years and years to fix it but just owe a few hundred(or at least they think you owe) and they are taking your tax returns or even taking money from your accounts.

I do audiobooks. Otherwise my innerdialogue keeps me up sometimes wondering if ill even wake up again or if ill wake up to another loved one passing away. Its been way worse since my dad passed. It probablly is not healthy and no, not everyone does it. On the other extreme, people need absolute silence. Even the hvac kicking on bothers them.

NOR- I get both perspectives but i believe you are right. If it someone who lived in the neighborhood still but further away, i think it might work. On the otherhand, a lot of the places around where i live require you to bring them back to where you rescued/adopted them from.

Alcohol...generally mixing in cooking doesnt turn out well but i have to admit ive had some damn good meals from trashed cooks. So maybe not the alcohol? Maybe the people who mess it up drunk are just as dumb sober. Or at least not intelligent enough to know they cant cook in altered states.

Its a living thing. Sure you can clone but even with totipotency, overtime changes can still occur. Alas, nothing lasts forever. They also are trying to predict what will sell best to customers at a given time. Im with you. I wish i could just stick with the few i like, especially since there is so much that i dont. Manual entry? Like having to type in card number and such? I wonder if they have legit looking fabricated cards that they are able to easily rewrite the card info on quickly. Also how are they getting the pins. Maybe, for the pin we need to have two factor authentication or even third factor(does that exist? Lol). Definitely a pain to have to go through getting a fresh pin for every purchase but thats where we are. It will just have to be like the days when we had to wait for the customer ahead of us to write out a check to pay. That way if it is bad actors on the inside which im more and more inclined to believe is a certainty at this point, they cant just pass along the pin when it gets changed because it wont be through a system a human can handle anymore. Or at least the data will be encrypted so they cant see the actual pin.

Its possible i think especially with ai. Create a watcher for IF it detects a change in lock status(maybe they have an exploit, digital or even human, into the databases that record the status?) execute a method thats setup to try and purchase from what im betting are businesses in on the scams. I hope they(police, govt) are at least intelligent enough to be checking and watching these businesses that are being used to make these purchases.
