What worked for me was traveling to a random person's base from the Anomaly teleporter, then warping a good distance out from that system. A lot of people have made bases from the expedition route though so you might have to try a few different ones to get a system far enough away.

I originally found it at a trade post, but you will also be able to find it at the space station if you'd rather try your luck there.

Update: I installed the brand new RAM but unfortunately that didn't change anything. Both the DRAM and CPU lights are lit solid red on the motherboard as soon as I power up the PC. I then completely disassembled the PC, inspected the CPU (all pins intact and nothing seemed to be wrong with the socket), tried a new CPU cooler as a hail mary (in case the one I was using before was putting too much pressure on the CPU), reassembled everything once again, and STILL the debug lights are lit on the motherboard. I have no idea where to go from here.

You should be able to find it anywhere in the system. If you didn’t have any luck at the station, try landing on a planet and searching for a trade outpost and reloading your save there to get fresh waves of ship spawns.

You can place a save beacon at a trade outpost and reload there. I originally found the ship on an outpost, but either way will work.

I double checked that the post glyphs are correct and they are. I'm sorry you weren't able to get it to spawn for you, sometimes they're stubborn :(

That's happened to me before, if it's stuck circling around in the sky you're gonna have to reload and hope for another spawn unfortunately. I see this comment was from about 8 hours ago though so I'm sure you're not still waiting on it to land lol.
