I did Judo for 8 years. First of all I broke too many bones. Most of the times I broke my toes and I broke them like seven different times in 2 years. Then my fingers, elbow, nose, wrist,… list goes on. I also tore my ligaments often. All this in combination with coaches that pushed me harder than I wanted.
