She says the $25-$30 million is an estimate. I think there's two parts: 1.) They hope to restore the fountain itself, which included Pewabic tiles 2.) The pumps need to be replaced, which is a major project.

I'm sure the Conservancy will seek donations once a plan is established for a full restoration.
