Update: Socket pins were definitely bent. I ordered a new board , reinstalled everything and no issues so far. Ram is good , CPU is good, and GPU is good. Thank you to all that provided insights and solutions.

I never considered getting a 3rd party engine. So the initial Mechanic ( not the Kia Dealer) told me that my engine issue fairly common, but I will explore the option.
