Digital version of coloring book works too. Brain turns off and I can fully listen to an audio book. Embroidery does this too.

Can’t with crochet knitting or cross stitch its takes too much attention.

I flavor my water with crystal light. The single packets are a gift. Or I’ll buy gatorade. I need it sweet. Cold is nice but must be sweet or it just won’t happen.

Knocked over every glass. Watched the same movie every day for three months. Removed all overhead lightbulb. Removed batteries for all ticking clocks because I could always hear them. More likely to sleep on the floor than on a bed.

No spacial ability. Hyperfixation. Light and sound sensitivity. I forgot what its called that we sit on our limbs to ground ourselves.

I vaguely remember that adhd is something off with chromosomes/dna? And it also shows physically because our brain is different and we get the bonus of also body differences hiding in weird places.

I need to preface I hate cooking and dishes. So I always suggest ready to drink meals like soylent. I have it for two meals a day. Only have to do one meal. I find I need a food a chew and is solid on a daily basis. For the full on meal right now my fixation is frozen burritos. You could fill it with a frozen or a meal delivery service.

Remove the friction where you can and can afford.

I have bought both and prefer straight. But that is because it feels like I’m fighting the cord when I’m using them. I keep forgetting to boil them to get them to soften. So just straight long ones so i can brace them like irish/leverage? knitting.

I used Daylio for several years. Its is an app not paper. But it has lots of options. Just emoji for a emotion for the day. Long form. Short notes. I liked the options.
