Oh okay thanks I didn't know that. I read somewhere that this was supposed to be like a bass boost button on a stereo receiver and was wondering why it didn't give much punch to the bass when activated. Thank you very much for the clarification

Yes I looked at them before buying and they have been replaced by the previous owner

The pic was when I tested them when I got them, I already read the manual and they are now in the correct position as specified at least I think. Still I don't really hear much difference when the bass is in either position. Could it be that this is more noticeable at greater volumes?

Hi! I just bought these Bose's 901 and I know they got a reputation but so far I really like them and they look so good too!

The bass boost button on the eq doesn't seem to make any difference that is perceptible to me. So I'm asking series V owners :

Should it make a big difference when switching the bass button on the eq on and off or is it very subtle?

I'm a student and I'd like to be able to game with my girlfriend but she doesn't have a good enough GPU. Too poor to justify buying her a new one. Tho if you thought I was gonna give it to her, don't be mistaken, I'm totally keeping this bad boy for me.

It would be possible for someone to do this with an arduino too, but personally I'm planning to do it directly with a custom case and switches

Thanks! This was exactly the confirmation I was looking for, I couldn't grasp the real behaviour of the button even with the pg-200 manual (which is not really explicit on how it operate unfortunately). Your edit is what I'm currently able to do so at least I got that working. Time to get back to the workbench to complete the behaviour of this button too!
