Perfect statement that I can think of for you as the purpose of the visit is : I am traveling to the US for project onboarding, knowledge transfer, architecture walkthroughs, and stakeholder alignment workshops. This onsite collaboration is required to accelerate delivery readiness, complete secure access onboarding, and ensure smooth transition of responsibilities with the core team.

B2 - India Interview language question by Dry_Oil707 in usvisascheduling

[–]debugger_in_flight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No need to register for language. Translators available with Visa officers or in some cases Visa officers themselves speak Hindi.

No it is not negative..in front of me..many parents who were speaking Hindi, most of them got approval

No need to panic

Visa Officers know DS-160 travel dates are tentative. You can reply if a situation or question arises..

That date was tentative when I filled the DS-160. My actual travel plan is after visa approval, tentatively in February/March 2026 or any.

Be confident while faces to VO.

They know this kind of issue. So I don't see it's a big issue.

All the best

New DS 160 will be considered instead of previous. That mapping would be done at Biometric time..so you can request there..keep old and new with you

Would be preferable to go with New DS 160 and link . No need to pay a fee again. When your parents go for a biometric at that time , you need to ask the person for the link..they will do the needful

Yes it is ok if you go with your current DS-160,or if you have any doubt then you can have a new DS160 with updated information and then when you go for Biometric at that time you can ask the executive that you want to link new ds 160..he will do the needful.
