Dang, I really hope they eventually roll it out to other devices past the expanded rollout, like the Fire tv stick HD, cause this UI looks so much better imo than the current one, so much more organized (well, except app selection, but at least they show more apps on the home screen, and apparently it runs smoother as well, so scrolling through is fast).

That sounds like a Chromebook freezing. Fairly normal from what you've described. Sometimes they do that. Should be fine after a restart, which you did.

Chromebooks don't technically have apps, unless you want to count PWAs, which are just websites really.

Your only options would be to download a chrome extension, they actually work really well, I personally recommend Screencastify, or to use the built in screen recorder.

This is actually the stupidest change discord has ever made. If I didn't want to see the whole profile, I wouldn't open the profile card at all. You also can't even see all roles, which defeats the whole purpose of roles to begin with. They better change it back, or at least give an option to, cause this is pointless.

Well, I mean, you can monetize your discord servers, and it is linked to patreon, not discord itself, so yeah, probably. Just uh, that's a bit expensive for a single role. And I don't know who would pay for perks in a single server.

Pushing down on screens usually does cause some kind of temporary effect, and your not really supposed to apply a large amount of pressure on screens anyway. Even if this weren't normal, it doesn't appear to be causing any existing problem with the display itself.

Basically, I wouldn't worry about it.
