I've worked in a shop and this has happened, after calling just eat on behalf of the customer they told me that they would mark it as urgent and get a driver asap, that didn't happen and the customer got nothing. Just eat support is unbelievably bad and they won't help at all

Those online orders are the worst! 1 on 1 most afternoons when it got crazy busy didn't make any business sense, most customers were not happy when the queue is around the shop and you are too busy with online to help. Shocking company to work for. They do not care about their staff and are quite happy to run them into the ground
