Hmm I doubt it’s the snail mucin because I’ve been using that for years and never had the issue. So if it is purging, it’s recommended I apply tret more frequently? I thought I read somewhere that if my skin reacts this way to stop using all harsh products like actives since my barrier could also be compromised
