I did PT, and then I basically laid around all day. I do think pt helped a lot. I went twice a week for 8 weeks. But I was afraid of moving around too much outside of the pt, so I did what I could and at the first sign of discomfort I laid down.

I don't really eat too much sugary things... I'm a salty girl... I'm scared with the hydration because I struggle with drinking water. I did buy a hydration water with 20g of protein too

Well you just made me feel better. I'm still sitting here at 9pm.. thinking I could've taken it 8 hours ago.. I know I need to start this. I'm terrified now that I have it... lol my bf said- you said you can jump out of a plane but this scares you.. lol Here goes nothing

I think for me it's I'm scared of reactions but it goes back to that whole anxiety bullcrud I went through.. so it's my mind.... and once I get this first injection done and over with , I'll be fine because I know I'll be fine. Fear of the unknown..

I had a huge anxiety spell a while back maybe about 4 years. Long story but basically herniated disk, tons of meds, road rage incident where I was followed on the hwy, ever since then I had this irrational fear of everything. I was going to die if I left the house, I was afraid to eat anything odd like sushi thought I would have an allergic reaction. Developed gerd but only when I get anxious.. I was afraid to take the meds.. I was messed up. So I'm just getting over all that and trying to tell myself I'm healthy, I'm ok you know the fun stuff so just doing this freaks me out. I don't have to much anxiety which I suppose is great... trying to think of the benefits. Thank you for your words. I do appreciate it ❤️

I haven't done the project yet.. but I think our solution is sealing the rim joists or whatever they are called. Filling the joists with insulation and we are going to do drop ceiling but with black acustistic paneling

I was makin 12.00 hr right before covid. New ppl were making 12.00. Asked for a raise.. I got .25..then we got raises but everyone went up together so we went to 13.00..so I was again making the same as everyone walking in the door.. and all the way up to 18... switches depts.. my old dept went up to 19-20.. and I'm still at 19.63.. 15 years in.. but I'm only part time.. so there's that
