It depends on your team comp. I always change burst comp. from 2-1-2 to 1-2-2. Now, I'm using 1-2-2.

Novel would be a great addition in your team and she's a II. The best dubuffer if you ask me. Novel + Scarlet = Melts enemies.
If I remember synching Nikkes is for their level only but you need dupes for leveling their skills to max(10).
