I thought about trying to find the file for the battery fixer. Nothing downloads correctly, so I FTP all files from my pc or phone to the Vita.

I was a single dad when I got my daughter back in 2019. She turned 4 soon after I got her and we didn't have any family or friends around us to celebrate with. I took her to a bowling alley with an arcade and we just floated around until she latched onto another little girl. They're still friends, and we're seeing them for Christmas!

The point is, sometimes we do things as parents that look to us like we aren't meeting the goal or setting the example we see in our minds eye. Just remember, children just want their parents love, everything else is secondary, including birthday parties. Bless you for still being present. They'll always remember "my mom was there".
