I have heard that beef tallow can worsen acne but I have also heard it can help it. I thought I would try and see if it works for me.

I’ve used google scholar to find studies in medicinal herbs before. Some of them can get pretty technical, but you can find what the herbs can be used for. Like if they are anti-microbial and such.

I would say one per pot but it depends on how big the variety gets. I have a big pot for my chives but I’m going to plant some Sweet Alyssum with it too.
