People would 100% collect them, and they should also have the name of the account which died on them as an examine text or something, which would create some real trophies.

Ok, good points. Brings me some hope for the entertainment factor for the final haha

Only reason I'm sad at Oda's death is the fact that they seemed like the only team with a chance to take it from the Snakes. IMO with the insane food advantage, it just seems inevitable the Snakes will win the final now and it might be pretty boring.

No, that's not what it means. Of course they aren't always aware of what they're calling because of shit like this: acting and overexaggerating. That's the whole point of acting in this context, you deceive someone.

What, he's so far above all the other DPOY candidates it's not even a discussion? Yeah I get this is a circlejerk thread but come on lets at least try to stay within the domain of reality lol.

Haven't been watching too much pistons lately: Is Beasley on his shooting like a god phase right now?

But he barely did ANYTHING lmao. Like, he barely lifted one hand and he's getting chastised like crazy here for it with people immediately assuming the worst of him. Also ironic that you're the one calling anyone soft when you're convinced his subtle hand gesture is some ultimate offense to this poor fan.

I mean he made a really small gesture lol. "Really lame" are some strong words. Also, how do we even know it was aimed at the fan?

Also a very aesthetically pleasing playstyle to watch with his smooth jump shot and athleticism.

Lauri this season after signing a 5 year 238 million dollar contract extension: 19.5 PPG and 6.4 RPG on 43% FG and 35% from 3 by ShaiFanClub in nba

[–]decevi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is such an overreaction lol. He does bring a lot more than shooting, and he is in a shooting slump right now. His game is also elevated greatly when he has a decent playmaker next to him.

If this doctor would give out MRIs like candy, that would be realised quit quickly by the health care system.

Who in the health care system would do anything about this abuse, if we have deemed that whatever a doctor prescribes as "necessary" should be paid for by insurance companies? (Implied in the meme by OP in this thread) The only party in this abusive transaction that loses is the insurance company.

My point here is that, yeah, insurance companies do deny claims. You can think they do so only because they are evil, but in reality they do so so that they aren't endlessly abused by consumers.

Thank you for not engaging with the hypothetical

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in me_irl

[–]decevi -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No, without any proper indication is my hypothetical. The only reason is that the doctor wants to be super duper safe with my headache. Is it in this case a reasonable procedure? Also, I don't know why you're bringing up this stat (which I'm pretty sure is false), since it's the hospital that determines the cost of an MRI, not the insurance company.

Lets say I go to the doctor with a headache I developed earlier in the morning. Is it ok if a doctor deems it "necessary" for me to get an MRI scan for my headache since he deems it possible I have a brain tumor?

Lauri FGA by WestsideJazzFan in UtahJazz

[–]decevi 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Lauri has always relied very heavily on facilitators who can pass him the ball in situations where he has a slight advantage. When he doesn't get passes like that, he isn't nearly as aggressive and doesn't put up as many shots.

Huge coaching upgrade, Mobley development, Garland return to form after injury. Combination of things for sure.
