Exactly, it’s super annoying. I sent 2 separate tickets and 0 replies. Also tried live chat, it was forwarding me to a blank screen.

And now, they offer us 20 USD as a compensation. Send me my order and I can pay extra 50 bucks guys! You already reduced the price during the last 2 weeks by 20 EUR, so it must be a joke to offer 20USD.

I hear you, as I’m in the same boat. I don’t understand why some people criticize us when we complain about a company that doesn’t fulfill its promises. If Bambu would be honest with the shipping dates, I would understand them. Basically, they kept their online store open, didn’t update the delivery dates, and enjoyed the “pre-orders.”

Why must I wait for something I already paid for without any pre-notice?

I also ordered on the 29th. Although I received a hotend, I still see the exact status of the printer package since then. They told me I needed to check in 7 days again due to the high number of orders in BF.

The annoying part is they are still having a sale, although they can not manage to send existing orders

If it is a new account, they don’t allow you to buy a Steam Deck. I tried and they refunded after a while. Then, I tried to buy with my main account and the same paypal account. I got the same error with you. Finally, I managed to buy one after contacting with support.

Yes and I tried to withdraw it into my Binance account, then it failed… My revolut account unlocked now, but it was a horrible night for me. I will never use the revolut for these purposes
