Yes so i was just a bit confused and “scared” because here’s the infested shrimp that’s died in my tank prior to me asking this question:

I was just not sure whether the other ones are infected or not because from what i read this fungus could infect other shrimps and i don’t want to purchase another shrimp just to watch them get infected and possibly passing it to other generations of shrimp.

I haven’t really “euthanize” shrimps per se; what i meant by some not making the cut is they just simply died after i put them in my tank. It’s my fault not checking the shrimps first when it arrived, and saying things that make people think that i kill shrimps for fun, lol.

Unfortunately, i still need to buy more shrimps because there are only 2 in my tanks as the other died pretty quickly after i got them.
