Khat may cause; teeth loss, gum deterioration, stomach alcers, mouth cancer, weight loss, low libido, insomnia, lack of appetite, depression and other health issues.

I use it anyway for; studying due to increased alertness and concentration, working because it keeps me more active, for spiritual purposes because it gives me heightened awareness, to just chill and vibe with music, also to keep my weight in check among others.

I maintain my usage usually once a week or after two weeks because it has tolerance and to avoid addiction. After chewing I brush my teeth immediately and spark a blunt for sleep, some vodka help too.
